Apart from the sales of its products, Medichem also provides services to its customers such as coating development, coating verification, coating process validation, coating system (both UV and heat drying) installation, coating process development.

These works are carried out in a way that all rights of both parties are protected with the confidentiality agreement signed between the two parties in advance. All services provided in this area are under the guarantee of Medichem.

Coating Development: In addition to the ready-made formulations it has developed, Medichem can adapt existing formulations according to the customer’s process or the features that they want to add to the product, or develop new formulations.

Coating Verification: Medichem team is also involved in the verification and optimization studies to be carried out on the suitability of the solutions to be used with the process or product, in line with the customer's request. With this study, the most suitable process parameters for the product are determined, and the safe range where the solution meets the product specifications is determined. In addition, the losses that may occur in solution consumption are minimized.

Process Validation: Process validation service is also provided in line with customer demand in processes established or developed by Medichem. This service includes IQ, OQ and PQ studies. While IQ and OQ studies are carried out under the responsibility of Medichem, PQ work is carried out by the customer. Medichem supports the study at this stage and provides documentation.

Coating System Installation: Medichem coating process also provides installation service. It delivers heat or UV cured processes to its customers who want to establish a new process, by installing the designs with Medichem's equipment, in working condition. Process equipment is not standard, but designed according to the needs of the customer. Thus, the most suitable quality and process conditions are obtained at the most affordable cost.

Coating Process Development: Medichem provides services depending on customer demand in improvement studies such as accelerating an existing coating process or increasing its efficiency. In these studies, the Medichem team works with the customer's team and ensures that the process in question reaches the desired goals.
